Shipping Policy


We take care to ensure your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. All our products are processed from New Delhi, India within 2-3 business days.  In keeping with our philosophy, every order is packed in eco-friendly, plastic-free materials and sent through trusted delivery partners.


SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA


Free Shipping within India for all orders. Additional charges for Express Shipping may apply. Cash on Delivery – COD option is available for domestic customers and incurs an extra charge of INR 100. Confirmation emails & tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched. In case the package is not accepted by the customer a return shipping fee will be applicable. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it’s returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Once dispatched any changes to the delivery address may not be possible and will depend solely on the discretion of the assigned courier partner and may incur an extra charge.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA


Free International Shipping on all orders above USD 300 and EUR 300 and any currency conversion based on USD rates. Shipping costs will apply at checkout based on your location. Custom duties & taxes for international orders are included in the price.  Additional charges for Express Shipping may apply. You can expect your delivery within 10-15 working days from the date of your order, depending on the country. We offer Door-to-door deliveries across the globe unless these are prohibited due to local government regulations Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery. In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Confirmation emails and tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.  Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it’s returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. In certain cases depending on the country, customers will need to pay any extra charge levied by  that country to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained.  Once dispatched any changes to the delivery address may not be possible and will depend solely on the discretion of the assigned courier partner and may incur an extra charge.


*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.


ORDER  CANCELLATION


If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we’ll make the changes for you.
Cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to a 5% deduction from the total invoice amount before refund.


RETURNS


At KarmaKaari, we uphold the highest quality standards and prepare every order with care. We encourage mindful purchasing to reduce waste, yet in the rare instance your order does not meet expectations, we invite you to review our exchange policy below. Before accepting delivery, please check the parcel for any signs of damage or tampering. If you notice anything unusual, kindly refuse the parcel and reach out to us with images at namaste@karmakaari.com for support.


RETURNS WITHIN INDIA


Returns will be accepted if:
The issue is brought to our notice by email with images, if needed, within 48 hours of receiving your order i.e delivery
The items are unopened and unused. 
The merchandise are in their original packaging.
The product is delivered to the KarmaKaari office within 10 days of receiving your order i.e delivery


Returns on Prithvi Cushion, Prana Marma Mat, Charan Foot Detox Tool and Ojas Body Detox Tool are not applicable due to hygiene issues.
Merchandise purchased during sales and promotion cannot be returned or exchanged 
KarmaKaari holds the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements during quality inspection.
KarmaKaari is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges that may apply.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the merchandise is deemed defective or damaged after inspection by KarmaKaari.
In case of quality issue/defect:
Refund/Exchange will be initiated only if the product is deemed defective or damaged after inspection by KarmaKaari.
Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, a, bags, boxes and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
We will organize a reverse pick up, at no additional charges, from the address stated in your invoice.
Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
Our credit notes can only be used on our website.


REFUND


No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
No refunds are entertained for shipments outside of India if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
Refund will be initiated for the shipping costs only if the product is deemed defective or damaged after inspection by KarmaKaari.
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return charges, if any, will be notified once return is initiated.
Refunds for COD orders will be provided in the form of store credit only. 
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product  is deemed defective by KarmaKaari.

RETURNS OUTSIDE INDIA


As part of our commitment to sustainability, we do not encourage returns from outside India. Returns outside India create a heavy carbon footprint and often result in waste. 
Instead, we support our global customers with detailed product guidance before purchase, detailed after care tips and repair or replacement options within India. This way, every purchase remains mindful, long-lasting and aligned with our ethos.
However, if there is a need to return the merchandise, KarmaKaari will accept returns from countries outside India. Please note:
All shipping costs, duties, and taxes related to international returns are the customer’s responsibility.
If KarmaKaari is charged additional duties or taxes when your return arrives, these will be deducted from your refund.
International return shipments must clearly state the value and description of the goods for customs clearance. Please check with your courier on the correct process to ensure smooth delivery.
If you need supporting documents (e.g., invoice) for your declaration, contact us and we’ll be happy to provide them.
Always keep your tracking number and monitor your return directly with your chosen courier. KarmaKaari cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not reach our warehouse.
