Billing

All prices listed on www.karmakaari.com represent the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the product and include applicable local taxes within India and outside India. Depending on the shipping destination, additional taxes or charges may apply. The tax rate applied to your order will reflect the combined state and local taxes based on the delivery address. KarmaKaari reserves the right to collect any additional taxes, duties, levies, or surcharges that may arise beyond the standard applicable taxes. Delivery charges, which may include postal or shipment costs, may also be applied depending on your location or country of delivery.

Gift Card & Credit Note Policy

General Terms

Policies for Gift Cards and Credit Notes are subject to change without prior notice. KarmaKaari is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards or Credit Notes.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards purchased through our website are delivered via email to the recipient; no physical cards are issued. Gift Cards purchased in INR can be redeemed on our website (for domestic orders) Gift Cards purchased in USD, GBP or EUR can only be redeemed online in the same currency. Gift Cards must be activated before use and are linked to the email or mobile number used during activation. They are non-transferable. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, redeemed for cash, or converted into credit notes. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using existing credit notes. If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid via debit/credit card, net banking, or international payment gateways like Paypal, etc (for international orders). All Gift Cards are valid for 11 months from the date of issue. GST is applied at the time of redemption, based on the purchase transaction.

Credit Notes

Credit Notes are issued only in KarmaKaari online shop and may be redeemed only on our website. Multiple Gift Cards and/or Credit Notes can be combined for a single purchase. To redeem a Credit Note online, you must log in with the same name and email address linked to the issued note.

Complimentary Gift with Purchase

Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Complimentary gifts are not for sale. KarmaKaari reserves the right to change or withdraw any offer at its sole discretion.

Catalogue Pricing

When you change your country selection, prices will reflect the catalogue for that country based on the currency conversion. For customers in India, prices are shown in INR. Food customers in the EU, all prices are shown in EUR. For all other international customers, prices are shown in USD. Please note due to import and trade restrictions, some products may not be available for delivery in certain countries.

Order Cancellation by KarmaKaari

In rare circumstances, an order that has been validly placed may not be processed or dispatched due to unforeseen reasons. KarmaKaari reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Situations that may result in cancellation include, but are not limited to: Limited quantities available for purchase Errors or inaccuracies in product or pricing information Issues flagged by our payment, credit, or fraud prevention systems Concerns regarding product quality or availability We may also request additional verification or information before confirming an order. If your order is cancelled (in full or in part), or if additional details are needed, we will contact you promptly. If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, the charged amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 working days. Any voucher used in such an order will also be reinstated for your use.

Shipping & Processing Fee

Our shipping and processing charges cover the costs of order processing, careful handling and packaging of your products, and safe delivery to your doorstep. For more details, please refer to our Shipping + Returns Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs, courier delays, holidays). We are not responsible for delays once the product has been handed over to the courier. Payment An order is confirmed only after successful payment. KarmaKaari reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity. When using any of the payment methods offered on www.karmakaari.com, KarmaKaari is not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise directly or indirectly due to: (a) lack of authorization for a transaction; (b) exceeding preset limits agreed between you and your bank; (c) issues arising from the payment process; or (d) decline of a transaction for any reason. All payments for purchases or services will be made against the MRP displayed on the website and are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party online payment gateway used for your transaction. Before dispatching your order, we may request supporting documents (such as government-issued ID and address proof) to verify ownership of the payment method, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment. KarmaKaari may use trusted third-party payment facilities such as Razorpay, PayU,PayPal etc. Payments may be made electronically or, where permitted, through Cash on Delivery at KarmaKaari’s discretion. Payment Methods

Domestic Orders (India): We accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), net banking through leading banks, as well as UPI and recognized wallet options. International Orders: Payments can be made using major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) or through third-party gateways such as PayPal, etc Please note: American Express cards may not be accepted for some transactions due to technical limitations with our payment partners. However, you can still complete your purchase by routing your American Express payment through a PayPal account. Delivery KarmaKaari makes every effort to deliver products within the timelines specified at the time of purchase, though delivery times cannot be guaranteed. A delay in delivery does not void the purchase contract. If you are unable or unwilling to accept delivery, KarmaKaari reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees at its discretion.

Refunds & Returns

KarmaKaari strives to deliver products that are free from defects. Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not qualify for return, unless specifically covered under a product warranty. Please note: We do not take the title of returned items until they are physically received by KarmaKaari. Gifts purchased online are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return. Please note: lack of funds shall not, under any circumstances, be considered a Force Majeure event.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, and the legal relationship between you and KarmaKaari, shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the website or your interactions with KarmaKaari—whether related to the interpretation, validity, implementation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy—will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Your obligation to pay any applicable fees will remain in effect during the course of such proceedings.
