• Hold the wood handle and use the Kansa metal head to apply gentle circular (figure of 8) along the sole, heel and lower leg.
• Focus on areas of tension, tightness or fatigue — use the tool before sleep or after standing for a long time.
• Combine with light oil or ghee for a smoother glide if desired.
• Use 3‑5 minutes per foot, or longer for deep release.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• After use, wipe the metal head with a soft, dry cloth
• For deeper cleansing: damp cloth with mild soap, then dry immediately
• Avoid soaking the wooden handle or using harsh chemicals
• Store in a dry place
• Apply a light coat of natural oil to the wood handle periodically to maintain finish
